Art Therapy is a divided into 2 categories Art as Therapy and Art in Therapy.

Art as Therapy is what we do when we are creating art, the therapeutic practice of making art, it's relaxing nature can calm your sole. This can be done as a group or individual, Art Therapy workshops offer your company and staff the chance to bond and communicate, a great example of this is, we can help you arrange a mandela rock therapy workshop, or a ned kelly abstract workshop. Then everyone creates thier own piece of serenity, these can be placed in or around the office to remind staff to take a little time to de-stress.

Art as Therapy can help you work through anxiety,  help children with ASD, teens with depression and many other difficulties, it can help with a range of issues by using art to release your subconscious and to then self evaluate the art you have created to get a better understanding of the inner mind.
